The versa full access roof light is manufactured to the same standard as the comfort roof range. It is available in one size 470mm X 570mm.
An aluminium flange and a lead-flashing sheet at the base of the window facilitate easy installation into profiled tile plain and slate tile roofs. Externally the window has a neat aluminium finish powered coated charcoal grey.
Internally the window frame is pine with a clear finish. The fixing base of the window allows it to be blocked in three positions. The versa roof window can be opened to 115 degrees and it is suitable for roofs that pitch from 25 degrees to 65 degrees. 14mm double glazed unit
