www.fascias.com reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason or to request further information so as to allow that order to be processed. You will receive an automatic email upon placing an order this is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received.
Your order will be acknowledged by email on the understanding that delivery is subject to stock availability. When items are out of stock you will be notified via your e-mail address or by telephone as to when your order can be processed if this is not within 21 days you can cancel your order and a full refund will be made.

We at fascias.com are committed to complete customer satisfaction.
In seven years of trading we have had very few complaints however if you need assistance of any kind you can contact our customer service manager R Howes between 9am and 4pm on any week day either by email to r.howes@fascias.com or by telephone on 01179 714433
Should you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, goods or delivery times please contact us by email or telephone.
We will respond to any complaint within 3 working days. In most cases we resolve the problem during your initial phone call.
All complaints will be dealt with in a, Fair, Confidential and effective manor.

You statuary rights are acknowledged by fascias.com however we can not except responsibility for failure to deliver your goods on time. We always do our best to deliver to you on time as agreed normally with in six working days however we do not guarantee to deliver and we can not accept any responsibility for any losses you may incur due to late or none delivery.
We also reserve the right to deliver as quicker than six days when ever possible.

All sizes given are approximate manufactures terms and condition will apply to the installation of certain products many products on this site carry a manufactures 10 year guarantee this is supplied by the manufacture and not by www.fascias.com

Please check your goods when they are delivered as once you have signed for them we can not exchange damaged goods or replace missing parts delivery notes are sent with all orders.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Made to measure items may take longer if we expect your order to take more than 21 days we will contact you by email to inform you when we expect to make the delivery, some products need to be imported when out of stock this may cause delays we will contact you if its likely to be more than 21 days. All glass greenhouses will take 21 days unless they are stock items
Order Confirmations
We use secure servers in Australia these servers send out confirmation emails then send us the order, your order confirmation is from a computer not us. We do some times experience problems with these servers, if they are out of action for any reason your order may not get to us. Your order confirmation is not a confirmation of delivery times or dates, to get a confirmed delivery time and date you must contact us directly either via email or telephone we will then confirm a time and date when you can expect a delivery.

Important
Guarantee's are given by manufactures not us and as such the terms and conditions in the manufactures guarantee's will apply at all times. Nearly all manufactures now limit there guarantee's to replacing the actual product and exclude all other consequential loses including refitting. Organic materials in coloured plastics mean on most products which are coloured there is no guarantee at all. if you require information about the guarantee on any specific product please post a stamped addressed A4 envelope to us we will then post you all the information on the manufactures guarantee for that product.
Please also note we are now in our 8th year of trading and to date with the products we have selected to sell we are not aware of any discolouration problems with any products supplied.
